Usage Policy

While using any service provided by us you agree to follow our usage policy. You agree to not use our hosting services for any of the following:

  • Any malware and virus distribution
  • Warez hosting
  • Phishing and any form of fraud
  • Any type of script and or file that tries to interfere with another’s website, server and or home connection (DDoS attacks)
  • Spam Unsolicited email;
  • Hacking scripts.
  • Note: If we get any notification all your services will be suspended immediately.

Refund Policy.

We will refund your money within 7 days of your access to our seedbox, beyond that you can cancel the monthly subscription.

All new Customers are eligible for a 7 day money back guarantee on all seedbox plan upon written request, excluding Dedicated Servers. The definition of a new customer is one who has never purchased services from Neonseedbox in the past. Also if a customer purchases a 2nd, 3rd, etc. seedbox package and wishes to cancel this particular package they are not eligible for a refund.

We will not refund or credit under following circumstances

    • Geo-location or mistake in location.
    • Failing to ask a question on the nature of our services, or a particular spec or configuration.
    • Account termination or suspension due to non-following of our Terms of Service.
    • Account termination or suspension due to any kind of illegal activity.
    • Already given credits to account
    • Changing your mind.


We reserve the final decision on refunds, based on the situation and reason for cancellation. The general rule is, if there is an issue on a server, our staff will dedicate themselves to fixing it. Any delays that prevent our customer from using their server will be credited to account and it can not be converted to cash or transferable to any other payment method and issues that we are simply unable to solve will be refunded to the original payment method. It is important to note that refund requests based on information that was included in the terms of service or clearly available on our website will always be refused.


Reselling our services is not allowed.

Failure to pay

In case of failure of payments, we reserve the rights to suspend your account, retain or remove all your content, as it falls into the category of canceled accounts.


All seedbox details are kept in an offline computer, so there is no link between the payment details and your seedbox. No logs are kept and we don’t share user details with anyone.


We retain the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual, group, or business. We also retain the right to discontinue service without notice for repeated violation of our terms of service. These TOS may change at any time without notice. Please check back regularly for changes. Any changes that affect current customers will be given until the end of their current term to come within compliance of any changes.
